Currently we grow three hardneck varieties. These were selected as hardy growers with different characteristics (taste, best use and size).
2020
For the 2020 season we planted approximately the following number of cloves:
Creme de la Rasa: 10,800
Red Russian: 3,000
Tibetan: 1,750
Most of the Tibetan will be kept as seed garlic for our own purposes. Limited Red Russian will be available for sale.

We attend garlic festivals and sell from the farm. Contact us to learn more.
Seed garlic will be for sale from the middle of August 2020. The best and biggest bulbs will be selected as seed garlic and will be priced at $14/lb. Expect updates in April, July and August for updates with regards to availability.
